In the spirit of balance here is Hillary’s speech from El Paso, Texas earlier this week.

Two points on the Obama video posted:

1st point - MLK, JFK, and Signers of the Declaration of Independence… I don’t know about you but it makes me wonder if Obama is saying he would rank himself right up there we these legendary leaders of our country. I mean geez I know you got the Ted Kennedy endorsement but really….those are some pretty ambitious footsteps to have the audacity to try and fill.

2nd point - At least from this article it would appear that his words are not even his own…Is Obama plagarizing from Deval Patrick decide for yourself

The comments on YouTube say that Obama and Patrick have teh same speechwriter (David Axelrod). If that’s the case, then there’s no problem at all.

You might even say this shows how Hillary is reciting tired old attacks on Obama.

As any college undergraduate student will tell you, plagiarizing is plagiarizing even when it’s your own work. The only thing being recycled here is David Axelrod’s speech writing, that much is plainly obvious. Although, I have to say Obama’s delivery is much better. I will give him credit for that….on originality…not so much.

Just words?….yea just not his words!
